How do I change the network password of my LN-555/LN-554?

How do I change the network password of my LN-555/LN-554?

To change your network password, you must log in to the settings menu (also known as the Graphical User Interface, or GUI) of your Wi-Fi Homeplug. To do this, follow these steps:

1.    Make sure that your device is connected to your Wi-Fi Homeplug.

2.    Log in to the settings menu of your Wi-Fi Homeplug. Click here for more information about logging onto the settings menu.

The settings menu will now open, on the Home tab.

3.    Then go to the Advanced Settings tab, and then to the Security sub-tab.

The WPA2 code (the network security password) will appear in the Pre-shared key field (please see the item marked in blue in the screenshot above).

4.    Enter a new password and click the Apply button. The new password will now be saved. As your new password will affect your network set-up, you will then see a message stating that your device is no longer connected to the network. Please see the screenshots below.

Don't worry, this is completely normal. You can now close the settings menu.

5.    Now reconnect your wireless devices with your Wi-Fi Homeplug, using the new network password. Click here for more information.
